Overview

The DZA(S) 100-80-160 22 kW end-suction pump set is a complete, ready-coupled unit: a 304 stainless steel pump end fitted to its 22 kW (30 HP) electric motor, built for continuous duty at up to about 200 m³/h and 43 m of head. Choose a 380 V or 525 V three-phase motor and it arrives as one set.

It is a flanged end-suction centrifugal pump with a 100 mm suction flange, an 80 mm delivery flange and a 160 mm nominal impeller. The motor is 2-pole, about 2900 rpm, and the casing and impeller are 304 stainless steel, suited to clean or slightly aggressive water. It works best around 140 m³/h at 34 m. Where it works

Around Mahikeng and the Mpumalanga Highveld it suits large irrigation schemes and dam to reservoir transfer, and it can serve municipal and industrial water supply. Typical duties are farm and orchard irrigation, dam and reservoir transfer, water supply to buildings, HVAC and cooling-water circulation, and general industrial water. Which motor voltage should I choose, 380 V or 525 V?

Choose the voltage your site actually supplies. Most workshops, farms and commercial sites run 380 V three-phase, while 525 V suits sites with that supply. Both options cost R 57,392 (VAT incl.) and both need a starter with overload protection. Tell us your supply and we will confirm the right option.

Can I run this set on single-phase power?

No. This set comes with 380 V or 525 V three-phase motors only, so it needs a three-phase supply and a suitable starter. If your site only has single-phase power, tell us your flow and head and we will suggest a pump that suits it instead.
