Overview

The 4SD6/17 is a 4 inch stainless steel multistage submersible borehole pump from the Vega 4SD6 range, rated for up to 122 m of head with a 2.2 kW motor. It lifts 113 m at 40 L/min, 79 m at 100 L/min and still holds 32 m at 140 L/min, so it is a mid-range lift pump for farms, homes and small industry.

To size it, add the depth to your water level, the height to your tank and about 10% for pipe friction. Send us your borehole details if you are unsure.

• Pump end only (no motor), R 1,544: Wet end only, no motor, to replace a worn pump end on an existing 2.2 kW motor.

Submersible cable, rope, delivery pipe and base plate are not included.

Delivery and warranty

Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, including Mbombela, East London, Upington, Richards Bay, Johannesburg and Durban.
