Delivery and Returns Policy
Own-truck delivery to all 9 provinces in 1 to 3 days: fees by weight, free delivery on R20,000+, quotations over 100 kg.

This policy explains how Kamano Holdings (Pty) Ltd (Reg No 2013/104729/07, VAT No 4270305164), 147 Blaauwberg St, Polokwane Ext 17, Polokwane, 0700, Limpopo, South Africa (“Kamano”, “we”) delivers orders and how returns work. It forms part of our terms of sale.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa using our own trucks, dispatched from our base in Polokwane, Limpopo. We do not currently deliver outside South Africa. For other destinations, contact us before ordering.
2. Delivery times
Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days of dispatch, anywhere in South Africa. Built-to-order and quoted items are scheduled with you when you accept the quote. We will contact you if anything delays your delivery.
3. Delivery fees
Delivery is charged on the combined weight of all items in your order (each product's shipping weight multiplied by quantity). All fees include 15% VAT.

4. Free delivery on orders of R20,000 or more
If your product subtotal (VAT-inclusive, before delivery) is R20,000.00 or more, delivery is free, at any weight. Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout; you do not need a coupon.
Coupon KH026 also grants free delivery, but only on orders with a product subtotal of R20,000.00 or more. It does not discount products and cannot be used on smaller orders.
5. Orders over 100 kg
Orders weighing more than 100 kg with a product subtotal under R20,000 are delivered on quotation. Checkout will ask you to request a delivery quote; we reply within one business day with a delivery fee and date. You can also WhatsApp us on +27 73 679 0837.
6. Receiving your delivery
- Please provide an accurate delivery address, GPS pin for farms or sites, and an on-site contact number.
- Tell us about access restrictions, gates, gravel roads or site induction requirements before dispatch.
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the goods. Please check the goods and packaging on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery note.
- Off-loading of heavy items (for example bowsers, large tanks and brick machines) needs suitable equipment or labour on site. [Kamano to confirm off-loading arrangements.]
7. Failed or re-delivery
If a delivery fails because nobody is available, the address is wrong or the site cannot be accessed, we will contact you to rebook. A re-delivery fee may apply. [Kamano to confirm re-delivery fee.]
8. Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
9. Returns
Our Refunds and Returns Policy explains your rights to cancel, return faulty goods and request refunds under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
