QB60G Booster Pump Combo, 0.37 kW, 30 m Head, Union and Controller

Description

Overview

The QB60G combo is an entry-level household pressure booster: a 0.37 kW (0.5 hp) peripheral vane pump supplied with union fittings and an automatic pump controller. It is made to lift pressure to a tap or two from a tank. Maximum head is 30 m, about 3 bar.

It is the lightest-duty booster in our QB family. Head drops quickly with flow, from 30 m at the closed outlet to 16.6 m at 10 L/min and only 3.3 m at 20 L/min, so it is a one-tap-at-a-time pump.

Key features

• Union fittings supplied for pipe connections
• Automatic pump controller, so it starts and stops on demand
• 30 m shut-off head, 16.6 m at 10 L/min
• 0.37 kW motor on 220-240 V single-phase
• Entry-level combo for one or two taps

Where it works

Think small: a cottage, a bachelor flat, a weekend cabin or a worker house on a Limpopo farm where a tank feeds one or two taps and the trickle needs help. It is not the pump for a big family or a double-storey house. Pick the head you need at your flow, with 10 m of head equal to about 1 bar, and step up to the QB60, QB70 or QB80 for more pressure. It is meant for clean water. Send us your tank position, bathrooms and storeys and we will recommend a pump.
