Description

Overview

This 15 kW (20 HP) heavy-duty submersible sewage pump is built for volume: up to 490 m3/h through a 200 mm outlet, at a maximum head of 21 m. The inlet cutter plate and single channel impeller handle stringy solids and the passage is 70 mm, so it suits raw sewage and sludge at municipal and industrial stations. It draws 30.1 A on 380 V three-phase and its IP68 Class F motor is rated for immersion to 20 m.

Where it works

Is 490 m3/h available at full head?

No. 490 m3/h is the maximum flow and 21 m is the maximum head, and they occur at different points on the curve. Tell us your flow and total head and we will check the duty point before you order.

How do I lift or service this pump?

At this size use a chain and a hoist or tripod, never the power cable. A guide rail system makes service easier because the pump can be lifted out without entering the wet well. Ask us about the accessories.
