Overview

The Piusi K44 flow meter is a mechanical nutating-disc meter that measures diesel passing through a 1″ BSP line between 20 and 120 L/min. Its 4-digit counter resets for each fill, and it holds ±1% accuracy with ±0.3% repeatability, so the same fill reads the same every time.

Choose the genuine Piusi K44 flow meter when line pressure is higher or when you need numbers you can stand behind in an audit. It is rated to 10 bar working pressure with a 28 bar burst rating, well above the cheaper K44-type 4-digit meter. The counter is driven by the fuel itself, so there is nothing to charge or wire, and the meter keeps working on bowsers that stand in the veld for weeks. Fit a filter upstream and it will give years of steady readings.
