This 12v diesel pump kit is a 40 L/min transfer pump already mounted and plumbed on a steel wall plate, with a 4 m by 20 mm delivery hose and nozzle. You fix the plate to a wall, post or tank stand, run the suction line into your tank and it is ready to dispense.

Because the kit comes pre-assembled, there is no hunting for fittings or thread tape on the day. It suits a small fixed fuel point where a full bowser would be overkill, and it keeps every fill in one known spot so you can see who is drawing fuel and when.

Can I power this kit from a solar battery?

Yes. The pump needs 12V DC and draws about 13 A, so a deep-cycle battery charged by a small solar panel will run it. Use a fused cable of the right thickness and keep runs under 30 minutes. Many farm fuel points in Limpopo work exactly like this, with no Eskom supply at the tank.

Does the kit come with a suction hose?

The kit ships with the pump assembled on its plate, a 4 m delivery hose and a nozzle. Suction arrangements depend on your tank, so tell us the tank type and outlet size when you order and we will confirm which suction parts you need before the truck leaves Polokwane.
