Unitwist Monogold 22mm Pipe, 6 m Length, UNIPIP226

Description

Overview

The Unitwist Monogold 22mm pipe in a single 6 metre length (code UNIPIP226) is the right buy for main-line repairs, extensions and short supply runs that do not justify a roll. It is the larger 22mm size of the Unitwist system, so it carries more flow than the 15mm pipe. It carries hot and cold water and joins with push-fit and compression fittings. Order it with matching parts from our pipe fittings range, delivered from Polokwane.

The Unitwist system is SABS approved, and the supplier quotes a service life of up to 50 years. The pipe is lightweight and corrosion resistant, which keeps handling simple.

Key features

• 22mm diameter, one 6 metre length
• For hot and cold water
• Compatible with 22mm Unitwist fittings
• Push-fit and compression joints
• Easy to cut to length
• No specialised tools needed

Where it works

Typical jobs are a replacement section on a main feed, a short run between a tank and a manifold, or a plant-room extension at a school or clinic. Farmers in the Karoo and around Upington use short lengths to repair supply lines after a break. For a long run buy the 50 metre roll of 22mm pipe, and use a 22mm straight coupler to join two pieces.
