Overview

This vibrating table is a steel work surface with a 220 V vibrator motor underneath that shakes wet-cast concrete in its moulds. The vibration drives out trapped air and voids, so pavers, kerbs, pillars and panels come out dense, strong and smooth-faced.

Without vibration, wet-cast products show pinholes and weak spots that customers notice. With the table, the mix settles in seconds and the cement paste rises to give a clean face. It takes plastic, polyurethane rubber, fibreglass and steel moulds, so one table serves the whole yard, from small paver trays to long pillar forms. At about 85 kg it stays put while running. For smaller moulds the 0.5 m vibrating table is cheaper.
