Overview

This small vibrating table is a 0.5 × 0.5 m steel platform with a 220 V vibrator motor that shakes air out of wet concrete in small moulds. It suits pavers, garden tiles, stepping stones, decorative blocks and short kerb sections.

The compact top takes a few small moulds at a time, which is right for someone starting a paver or garden-product business at home. It runs off a normal plug and weighs about 35 kg, so one or two people can move it. When orders grow, step up to the larger steel vibrating table, which carries more moulds per cycle. The motor and steel top are the same type of build, just smaller, so your casting routine stays the same when you upgrade.

Yes. It runs on 220 V single-phase, so a standard household outlet or a small generator powers it. Use a proper outdoor extension lead if you work outside and keep water and wet concrete away from the motor and plug at all times.
