This electric static brick machine stands in one spot and moulds onto pallets, with a single pre-installed mould and two vibrator motors. Each drop is compacted hard and carried off on its pallet to cure.

The twin motors give you denser blocks than the single-vibrator static machine, which pays off on hollow blocks and pavers. A static layout means a smaller slab, and the bricks can be stacked under cover from day one.

How many pallets do I need?

Enough for at least two days of production, because bricks stay on their pallets while they firm up. Count the drops you expect per day and add a margin. Pallets are not included; steel or treated hardwood pallets last longest and stay flat, which keeps your blocks square.
