Overview

This static brick machine is the heaviest unit in our range: a stationary block press with one mould and a 220 V, 4 kW vibration motor. It can be ordered with a 14-drop stock brick mould, so each cycle turns out a full pallet of bricks.

The big motor and heavy frame are built for yards running full shifts. Compared with the power electric static machine, it is aimed at higher daily volumes and supplying larger building contracts.

Where it works

This static brick machine fits commercial brickyards in Polokwane, Gauteng and Mpumalanga, suppliers to municipal housing projects, and contractors who need their own brick supply for long jobs. Plan a solid concrete base, covered work area, a large mixer and a power supply sized for a 4 kW motor. Compare it with the dual power rib block egg-layer or the full range of brick making machines.

The vibration motor runs on 220 V and draws a large current at start-up. Have an electrician check your supply and circuit breaker before installation. On a generator, choose one well above 4 kW so the motor starts cleanly; ask us for advice on sizing.

How do I offload an 800 kg machine?

You need a forklift, TLB or crane truck on site. The machine ships at about 880 kg, so it cannot be offloaded by hand. Our driver will work with you, but plan the lifting equipment and a level, hard spot for it before the truck arrives.
