Overview

This precast walling mould is a steel form for casting the concrete panels that slide between pillars to make a precast boundary wall. Fill it with a wet mix, vibrate, cure and strip, and you have a finished panel ready to stack.

Steel moulds keep their shape far longer than plastic ones, so panels stay the same size and fit the pillar slots every time. With release oil and a scrape-down after each cast, the mould lasts for years. The set weighs about 90 kg. Panel pattern, size and the number of pieces in the set are not listed yet, so ask us for the details before you order. Match it with the 2 m fibreglass pillar mould to cast the uprights.
