This egg layer brick machine is a mobile block maker that moulds and vibrates cement blocks straight onto a flat concrete slab, then rolls forward to lay the next batch. It runs on both electric and diesel power, so production does not stop when Eskom does.

An egg-layer saves the cost of production pallets and the labour of carrying wet blocks to a curing area. You fill the mould, vibrate, lift the machine off the finished blocks and move on. Block size depends on the mould fitted; tell us the blocks you want to make and we will confirm the mould.
