Overview

The white pool flow inlet is the return fitting that puts filtered water back into your swimming pool. Fitted on the return line, it spreads clean water evenly, which helps filtration and chemical distribution, and its adjustable eyeball lets you aim the flow to cut down dead spots. Seals are included.

It is cheap, simple and a sensible add-on to any pump and filter setup from our pool and pond pumps range.

Where it works

Use it on new pool builds, when you renovate a concrete or marbelite pool in KZN or Gauteng, or when an old return fitting has cracked or faded. Aim the eyeball slightly downward and across the pool to push water along the walls and reduce stagnant corners.

If the seal has worn, a spare flow inlet gasket is available, and the 0.55 kW Swimflo 2 pump is a good partner for a small pool.

Does it suit a fibreglass pool?

Yes. It is made for concrete, marbelite and fibreglass pools. Check that the fitting size matches the existing opening before you buy if you are replacing an old one.

Are seals included?

Yes, seals come with the inlet. If a seal wears out later, a separate flow inlet gasket is available from us.

How should I aim the eyeball?

Point it slightly down and across the pool so the water travels along the wall. That helps circulation and chemical mixing and cuts down on dead spots.

Can you deliver one to Cape Town or Mbombela?

Yes, in 1 to 3 days by our own trucks from Polokwane. Delivery fees are by total order weight and start at R550 for up to 30 kg, so add it to a pump or filter order. Free from R20,000.
