Description

Overview

This replacement hydraulic stack is the complete cartridge of impellers, stage chambers (diffusers) and shaft for a DL1 vertical multistage pump, supplied for the exact model you select. It restores a worn pump to its original pressure and flow for much less than a new pump, because the motor, base and outer sleeve are re-used.

Sand, grit and running dry wear the impellers, and the pump loses pressure and flow. Read the model on your nameplate, for example DL1-130. The number after the dash gives the stages (-40 is 4 stages), and the stack must match exactly. Send us a photo of the nameplate and we will confirm the part.

How do I choose the right DL1 stack?

Read the model on your pump nameplate, for example DL1-130, and pick the same model from the options. The number after the dash gives the stages, and the stack must match exactly or it will not fit the sleeve or give the right pressure. Send us a photo of the nameplate and we will confirm the part.

Is the mechanical seal included with the stack?

No. The stack is supplied alone and the seal is sold separately as code 95020136, which fits DL1, DL3 and DL5 pumps. We recommend fitting a new seal whenever you replace the stack, and never running the pump dry, because a dry run of a few minutes can burn the seal faces.

Do you deliver a DL1 stack to Welkom?

Yes, we deliver to Welkom and all nine provinces with our own trucks from Polokwane in 1 to 3 days. The heaviest stack ships at about 5 kg. That falls in the up to 30 kg delivery band (R550). Free delivery applies to orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.).
