Overview

This is the replacement PC board for the SKD-2 flow switch, the 1 inch BSP model used on domestic and light farm pumps. When the switch stops starting or stopping the pump, a new board is often all it needs, and it costs far less than a full unit.

The board is made for the SKD-2 only. It does not fit the larger SKD-11, which has its own board, so check the model marked on your switch before you order. Installers who fit these switches in bulk, or farmers who rely on a single pump for house and stock water, do well to keep one board on hand so a surge or a lightning strike does not leave them without water.

Does this board fit the SKD-11?

No. It is for the SKD-2, the 1 inch flow switch. The SKD-11 has its own board, listed separately. Check the model on the label of your switch, or send us a photo and we will confirm before you order.

Is it worth repairing the switch?

Usually yes. If the body, thread and seals are sound, a new board costs much less than a whole switch and gets the pump automatic again. If the body is cracked or the thread damaged, replace the full switch.
