Overview

The Vega AR100 110 kW 525 V is an intelligent VSD pump controller that keeps water pressure constant by adjusting pump speed to real-time demand, with multi-pump alternation and cascade control built in. It costs R 72,808 including VAT.

Because the pump only runs as fast as the demand requires, you get steady pressure and lower electricity use than a pump that runs flat out. It starts and stops softly, and protects the pump against dry running and overload.

Where it works

The AR100 is widely used on borehole pump systems, commercial and industrial water booster sets, irrigation pump stations and multi-pump fire and process water systems where stable pressure and lower energy costs matter. At 110 kW it is a heavy duty controller for municipal bulk supply and large mine water circuits on the Bushveld and the Witwatersrand. Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, including Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Mbombela, Rustenburg, Kimberley and East London. Shipping weight is about 105 kg. Delivery fees are by total order weight: up to 30 kg R550, 30 to 60 kg R950, 60 to 100 kg R1,450, and over 100 kg on quotation.
