One cavity keeps the price down, so it suits landscapers and farms that need retaining blocks for their own jobs rather than full-time production. If your volume grows, the two-cavity model doubles output per drop.

Where it works

The wall retaining block machine suits landscapers in Gauteng and the Western Cape building terraced gardens, farmers holding back soil around dams and farm roads in Limpopo, and small yards adding a new product. Retaining blocks are heavy, so cast them as close to the wall as you can and give them a full week of damp curing before moving them. Use a well-graded mix with stone for strength, keep the mould clean between casts, and set the first course on a compacted, level footing.
