Overview

The CP158 is a single-stage centrifugal booster pump with a cast iron body and brass impeller, built for clean water boosting and irrigation. This version has a 0.75 kW motor on a 380 V three-phase supply.

Shut-off head is 32 m. At 60 L/min you get 25 m, and at its 100 L/min maximum it still gives 19 m. Suction lift is up to 7 m, liquid and ambient temperature should stay below 40 °C, and the motor is IP44 with Class B insulation and overload protection. The 304 stainless steel shaft and ceramic-graphite seal handle clean, non-abrasive water. Need more lift? The 1.5 kW twin-stage 2CPM25/160B reaches 58 m.

Where it works

It suits tank-to-house boosting, garden and small orchard irrigation and general clean-water transfer, for example on a Limpopo smallholding or a Free State farmstead with three-phase power. It must not run on abrasive particles or aggressive chemicals, and it needs a vented cover that keeps off rain and spray. Pair it with the correct starter for a three-phase motor. Can I run the CP158 on single-phase power?

This version has a 380 V three-phase motor, so it needs a three-phase supply and a suitable starter. If you only have single-phase, ask us about the single-phase CPM range.

How high will it lift?

Shut-off head is 32 m, which is about 3.2 bar, and it holds 25 m at 60 L/min. Suction lift is up to 7 m. Add your climb and pipe friction and keep the total below the head at your flow.

Do you deliver to Tzaneen?

Yes, in 1 to 3 days with our own trucks from Polokwane. At about 13 kg the pump falls in the up to 30 kg band at R550, and orders of R20,000 or more ship free.
