Description
Overview
The CPM60 combo is a 1.1 kW high flow booster pump supplied with a pressure switch, moving up to 350 L/min (21 m³/h) at a maximum head of 25 m. The switch lets the pump start and stop with system pressure, so it can supply sprinklers, a wash-down point or a full tank-to-house line without manual control. It trades head for volume, so it is meant for flow rather than height.
The performance table gives 22.8 m at 50 L/min, 21.8 m at 100 L/min, 20.7 m at 150 L/min, 19 m at 200 L/min, 16 m at 250 L/min, 12.9 m at 300 L/min and 4.4 m at 350 L/min. Pick a pump whose head at your flow is higher than your total head, which is the lift plus pipe friction. The body is cast iron, the impeller is brass, the shaft is stainless steel 304 and the seal is ceramic-graphite. The motor is single-phase 230 V with a capacitor and thermal overload protector, insulation class B, IP44. If you want to fit your own controls, take the CPM60 pump on its own. Where it works
Use it to supply sprinklers on a Northern Cape lucerne patch, keep a Gauteng car wash or depot wash-down line pressurised, or fill and feed storage tanks on a farm in the Free State. Install it under a vented cover, away from rain and spray, with clean water only.

Questions about this product
What does the pressure switch do?
It starts the pump when system pressure drops, for example when a tap or sprinkler opens, and stops it when pressure builds. That gives automatic running without a manual switch. Ask us for the cut-in and cut-out settings.
Is it a good pump for filling tanks?
Yes. At up to 350 L/min it fills a 5,000 L tank in well under half an hour at the top flow, though real flow drops as the head rises. At 100 L/min it still holds 21.8 m.
