Overview

The CPM200 is a 2.2 kW single-stage water pressure pump that delivers up to 59 m head and 120 L/min through 1″ inlet and outlet ports. It is the highest-head pump in this CPM range, built for large houses, tall buildings and irrigation lines that need real pressure. This listing is the pump only, so you add the controls.

The performance data shows 57 m at 10 L/min, 55.5 m at 30 L/min, 52.6 m at 50 L/min, 47 m at 80 L/min, 42 m at 100 L/min and 37 m at 120 L/min. Ten metres of head is about 1 bar, so you can expect nearly 6 bar at shut-off and more than 4 bar at the top flow. The body is cast iron, the impeller is brass, the shaft is stainless steel 304 and the seal is ceramic-graphite. The motor is single-phase 230 V with a capacitor and thermal overload protector, insulation class B, IP44. Pick a pump whose head at your flow is above your lift plus pipe friction. Where it works

It suits irrigation of orchards and lawns in the Western Cape winelands, multi-storey buildings in Johannesburg, and long pipe runs on farms near Upington. Install it under a vented cover, away from rain and spray, and feed it clean water without abrasive particles. Make sure your circuit can carry a 2.2 kW motor.
