Overview

The Vega AR200 is a variable speed drive controller for a single booster pump. It reads demand and adjusts pump speed to hold constant pressure, so the pump no longer slams on and off every time a tap opens.

This version is rated 1.5 kW on a 230 V, 50 Hz single-phase supply. It gives soft start and stop, dry-run and overload protection, and a digital LED display with run/stop and pump status lights. It suits domestic and light-commercial booster systems that need a compact controller that is simple to install. The pump is not included. Where it works

Fit it on a house or lodge booster where pressure swings as taps open and close, on a small irrigation block running several zones, or in a light-commercial building such as a guest house in Limpopo or a clinic in KZN. Delivery and warranty

Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, with regular runs to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Polokwane, Mbombela, Tzaneen and Cape Town. Delivery is charged by total order weight: up to 30 kg R550, 30 to 60 kg R950, 60 to 100 kg R1,450, and over 100 kg on quotation. At a shipping weight of 3.5 kg this item falls in the up to 30 kg (R550) band, and orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) ship free.
