Overview

This 8000 L vertical diesel tank is a stationary tank for diesel or compatible chemicals, rated to 1.4 specific gravity. It is model V8000M, rotationally moulded from virgin LLDPE in yellow, 2150 mm in diameter and 2450 mm high. It sits between the 6000 and 10,000 L sizes and suits depots that want a larger store without a tall tank.

It is supplied with 40/50 mm yellow connectors with sealed fittings, and a 450 mm lid gives access for filling and cleaning. Fittings for chemical use are available at additional cost, so tell us the product you plan to store.

Where it works

Mpumalanga coal contractors and Northern Cape mining crews use a tank this size for plant fuel, and Free State and Limpopo farms use it as a harvest-season diesel store. Bus and truck depots in Gauteng use it as a fleet reserve. Place it on a flat, compacted base and secure it once full. A stand is not included. Never use it for petrol.

Delivery and warranty
