Overview

The M-80 digital (BT-M80E) is an electronic fuel flowmeter built on the 3″ M-80 positive displacement body, measuring 75 to 1150 L/min. Instead of number wheels, the volume shows on an electronic register powered from 220V AC, which accepts supply swings of ±20%.

The measuring element, the 10.5 bar rating and the cast aluminium body are the same as the mechanical M-80, so accuracy after on-site calibration is in the same ±0.5% class. The electronics only change how the reading is shown.

At about 57 kg net and 82 kg packed, it needs a forklift or lifting tackle on site, solid pipe supports either side, and a strainer and air eliminator directly upstream to keep air and grit out of the element.
