Overview

This bulk flowmeter flange set is a pair of threaded flanges that bolt to the inlet and outlet of an M-series bulk meter and screw onto your pipework. Sizes follow the meter: 1.5″ BSP female for the M40, 2″ for the M50, 3″ for the M80 and 4″ for the M100. Tell us your meter model when you order so we send the right pair.

Flanges let you take the meter out for repair or proving without cutting pipe. They also replace corroded or cross-threaded originals that leak at the joint. Whether gaskets and bolts are included can vary by batch, so please confirm with us at order if you need them in the same delivery.

A bulk flowmeter flange set is a common spare for tanker workshops, depot loading bays in Gauteng and KZN, and mine fuel installations where meters are pulled for proving. Which size do I need?

Match the flanges to your meter. The M40 takes 1.5" BSP, the M50 takes 2", the M80 takes 3" and the M100 takes 4". If the meter label is worn, measure the pipe outside diameter or send us a photo of the meter and its pipework, and we will confirm the right size before dispatch.

Are gaskets and bolts included?

Supplier information differs on this point, so please confirm with us when you order. If gaskets are not in the box, we can add a set to the same delivery. Always fit new gaskets when you reinstall a meter, because old compressed gaskets are a common source of weeps at the flange.

How much is delivery to Durban?
