Overview

This flowmeter nozzle is a manual fuel nozzle with a mechanical meter built into the handle. It measures diesel as it leaves the nozzle, between 32 and 120 L/min, and shows the litres on an analogue register with a batch count you reset and a running total that stays. Typical accuracy is around ±1% once calibrated.

Putting the meter in the nozzle saves you buying and plumbing a separate inline meter. It also means the person filling can see exactly what went into each machine. Because the register is mechanical, there are no batteries to replace and nothing to fail when the bowser stands in the sun for weeks. Where it works

Use this flowmeter nozzle on a 220V bowser at a transport yard, on a trailer tank following combines across Free State wheat fields, or on a mine service vehicle where every litre needs recording against a machine. Questions about this product

Does the meter reset after each fill?

Yes. The batch counter resets by hand before each fill, so you read the exact litres going into that vehicle. The cumulative total keeps running and cannot be reset, which makes it useful for checking fuel issued against your tank dips at month end.

Will it pump petrol?

No. This nozzle is sold for diesel, biodiesel, paraffin and light oils. Petrol needs explosion-proof equipment throughout the system, so do not use this nozzle on a petrol line. If you need to dispense petrol on site, ask us and we will point you to suitable equipment.

What hose size does it fit?

The supplier lists a 1-1/4" inlet on this model, where many diesel nozzles use 1". Check your hose fitting before ordering, or tell us your pump and hose size and we will confirm. A reducer bush may be all you need to match a 1" hose.

How much is delivery to the Western Cape?
