Overview

The FM120 is a 1″ mechanical flowmeter for diesel and light oils with a 4-digit resettable batch counter and an 8-digit cumulative total. It measures from 20 to 120 L/min, has an aluminium and plastic body, and is rated to 3.5 bar. The register is driven by the fuel itself, so there are no batteries or cables.

The 8-digit total is useful when you want to reconcile months of issues against deliveries without the count rolling over. Reset the 4-digit batch before each fill to read litres per vehicle. Typical accuracy is around ±1% once calibrated on site. Fit it after a filter to protect the measuring chamber, and mount it where the driver can read the counter without climbing onto the trailer. It is a plain, honest meter that farmhands and drivers understand at a glance.
