It shares the Swimflo 2 high-efficiency motor technology, a composite stainless-steel shaft and a 3/4 inch ceramic shaft seal. Compare sizes in our pool and pond pumps range.

Where it works

Use it on big family pools in Cape Town and the Western Cape, school or club pools, and guest lodges needing steady circulation. Install above or below ground on a level surface away from flood-prone areas.

Questions about this product

What filter should I use with the SFP11?

A 4-bag sand filter is the best match for this pump and pool sizes up to 90,000 litres. Make sure the filter and pipework can take the flow, because oversizing the pump hurts filtration.

Is it suitable for a commercial pool?

It is designed for large residential and light commercial pool systems. For heavy-use public pools get the duty checked first, and ask us if you need help sizing.

Can you deliver to Upington or George?

Yes. Our trucks deliver to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days. At about 14 kg the pump is in the up to 30 kg band at R550, and orders from R20,000 are delivered free.

How is it different from the Superflo 2 1.1 kW?

The Swimflo 2 has a twist-and-lock lid and is rated for pools up to 90,000 litres, while the Superflo 2 has a clamp lid, a large debris basket and is rated to about 75,000 litres.
