Description

Overview

The FS200DPF is a micro fuel flow meter for small-bore lines, with 12 mm tube ports instead of threads and a range from 0.1 to 10 L/min. A rotor in the stream drives the electronics, which show the volume on an LCD.

Tube ports let you join flexible or rigid 12 mm line without adaptors, which keeps the hydraulic path short and reduces leak points on test benches and dosing skids. The supplier table also lists a G1/2″ option, so confirm the port you need when ordering.

The body and rotor are PPS plastic with a 304 stainless shaft and NBR O-ring, working pressure is under 10 bar and it runs on 3V DC. Expect about ±1% in normal use.

Where it works

This micro fuel flow meter fits engine test benches, fuel return monitoring on generators, chemical dosing on borehole and irrigation lines in the Limpopo Lowveld, and AdBlue dispensing on small fleets. Questions about this product

What is the difference between this and the G1/2" micro flowmeter?

Both are 10 L/min micro meters with PPS bodies and LCDs. This one has 12 mm tube ports for direct connection to small-bore tubing and reads from 0.1 L/min. The other model has G1/2" threads for screwed fittings. Pick the one that matches your pipework so you avoid extra adaptors and leak points.

Will it read diesel accurately at very low flow?

It is designed for low flows and reads from 0.1 L/min, with about ±1% accuracy in normal use. At the very bottom of the range, small air bubbles and pulsing pumps affect the reading most, so keep the line full and steady. Check it against a measuring cylinder at your working flow for critical tests.
