Overview

This V block machine makes three V blocks per drop using a hand lever. Fill the three cavities, pull the lever to compact the mix and release the blocks to cure.

V blocks are large walling units, so three per drop covers wall area quickly. The lever does the hard work, and with no motor the machine runs anywhere, including during load-shedding. If you are still testing the market, the hand-pressed V block mould is a cheaper single-block start.

Where it works

Grease the pivot points weekly, scrape the mould clean at the end of each day, and measure cement by the bucket so every batch matches the last.
