Overview

This heavy-duty 19 mm auto nozzle fills trucks, tractors and plant at up to 60 L/min and shuts off when the tank is full. It pairs a wider 19 mm spout with a 3/4-inch BSP inlet and the taller 220 mm frame of the heavy-duty range. It is the 19 mm sibling of the 16 mm heavy-duty nozzle, chosen by spout size alone.

Where it works

Depot pumps and mine service bays use this size daily: coal haul trucks in Mpumalanga, grain trucks in the Free State and municipal refuse fleets in Gauteng. It also suits farm bowsers with a 3/4-inch hose. Step up to a 16 mm heavy-duty nozzle for light vehicles, or to the 1-inch auto nozzle when your pump delivers more than 60 L/min. One note on flow: it is listed at 0 to 60 L/min, and we use that conservative figure. If you need the maximum flow confirmed for a specific installation, ask us.

Is the 19 mm spout the right size for my truck?

Most diesel trucks and tractors take a 19 mm spout, but check yours. Measure the filler neck opening or the spout you have now. A spout that is too loose will not seal in the neck, and the auto-stop may not shut off reliably.

What is the maximum flow of this nozzle?

We list 0 to 60 L/min for this model, which is the figure to plan around. Some sources quote slightly higher, so if your pump runs near the limit, ask us before you buy. For pumps above 60 L/min, a 1-inch nozzle is the safer choice.

Does delivery to Limpopo or Mpumalanga take long?

No. Our own trucks run from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, and Limpopo and Mpumalanga are at the quick end. At 1.3 kg the nozzle is in the up to 30 kg band at R550 alone. Delivery is free from R20,000 including VAT.
