Overview

This heavy-duty 16 mm auto fuel nozzle is the forecourt-style option for sites that fill vehicles all day. It has a 3/4-inch BSP inlet, a 16 mm spout and a flow range of 0 to 60 L/min, and it shuts off by itself when the tank is full. The frame is taller than our compact nozzles at 220 mm, which gives more room for a gloved hand.

Where it works

Use it on depot pumps, fuel bowsers and small forecourts where vehicles queue: municipal fleets in Gauteng, transport yards along the N1 and farm co-ops in KZN. How is this different from the compact 16 mm nozzle?

The spout, inlet and flow range are the same: 16 mm, 3/4-inch and 0 to 60 L/min. This model has a taller 220 mm frame and is priced as the heavier-duty option for sites with constant daily use. For occasional farm fills, the compact nozzle is cheaper and does the same work.

What does the 3/4-inch BSP inlet connect to?

It screws onto a 3/4-inch BSP male thread, such as a hose swivel or fitting on a bowser line. Check the thread type on your hose before ordering, because NPT and BSP are close but will not seal properly. Send us a photo and we will confirm.

Do you deliver to Cape Town and the Western Cape?

Yes. Our own trucks deliver from Polokwane to all nine provinces, including the Western Cape, in 1 to 3 days. At 1.3 kg the nozzle is in the up to 30 kg band at R550 by itself, and delivery is free from R20,000 including VAT.
