Overview
This heavy-duty 1-inch auto nozzle is the top of our standard-frame range, passing up to 120 L/min through a 1-inch BSP inlet and 1-inch spout, with automatic shut-off when the tank is full. At 1.7 kg and 240 mm tall it is the largest of the three heavy-duty nozzles. It is the nozzle for high-volume pumps that the 3/4-inch models would choke.

Where it works
Mine fuelling bays, grain farms in the Free State, tipper fleets in KZN and bulk tank stands at transport depots all need nozzles that fill a large tank quickly. Questions about this product
Do I need a high-flow pump for this nozzle?
To use the full 120 L/min, yes: the pump, hose and tank must all deliver it. With a 40 to 60 L/min transfer pump the nozzle still works, but you pay for capacity you do not use. In that case a 3/4-inch heavy-duty nozzle is lighter and cheaper.
Is it BSP or NPT thread?
The inlet is a 1-inch BSP thread. Check your hose swivel before ordering, because NPT fittings are close in size but do not seal on a BSP thread. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the fitting and we will confirm what you need.
How much is delivery to a farm in the Karoo?
The nozzle ships at 2.0 kg, so it falls in the up to 30 kg band at R550 on its own. Our own trucks deliver from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days. Delivery is free once your order reaches R20,000 including VAT.
