Description

Overview

This is a manual grease nozzle that screws onto a grease or lube line through a 1/4-inch BSPT/NPT thread. The Z-swivel lets the operator reach grease points on pins, bushes and bearings without bending the hose. It has an aluminium body, weighs 0.7 kg and has no electronics or batteries, so it keeps working in the dust and heat of a mine workshop or farm yard.

Where it works

What thread does it use?

The inlet and outlet are 1/4-inch BSPT/NPT. Check the thread on your grease hose or pump outlet before ordering, because BSP and NPT threads are close but not identical. If you are unsure, send a photo of the fitting and we will confirm.

Can I use it for diesel or oil?

No. It is sold as a grease nozzle for lube lines. For diesel, use one of our fuel nozzles, and for light oil see the oil dispensing nozzle. Mixing fuel and grease equipment risks leaks and damage, so keep the nozzles separate and labelled.

Is there a delivery fee for one nozzle?

At 0.8 kg, one nozzle falls in the up to 30 kg band at R550. Delivery from Polokwane takes 1 to 3 days to all nine provinces on our own trucks. Orders of R20,000 including VAT or more are free, so it pays to add this to a larger workshop order.
