Overview

This adblue manual nozzle is a hand-operated trigger nozzle made from polypropylene and stainless steel. It handles up to 40 L/min at a maximum of 3.4 bar, which suits the small pumps fitted to AdBlue IBCs and drums. You hold the trigger while filling and release it when the tank is full.

It costs about a third of the auto-stop version, so it is the usual choice for low-volume sites. Protect the hose with a 3/4″ nozzle breakaway, and if the diesel side needs an auto nozzle, the compact 16 mm auto fuel nozzle is a good partner.

Where it works

Use the adblue manual nozzle on IBC and drum AdBlue setups at farms running newer tractors, small transport yards, construction sites with modern TLBs and generators, and municipal depots.
