Overview

This compact 16 mm auto fuel nozzle fills bakkies, cars and small tractors at up to 60 L/min and shuts itself off when the tank is full. It has a 3/4-inch inlet and an aluminium body, and at 1.1 kg it is light enough to use one-handed all day. It is the lowest-priced automatic nozzle in this group, aimed at everyday farm and workshop fuelling.

Where it works

Most 12V and 220V transfer pumps on farms deliver 40 to 60 L/min, so this nozzle matches them without choking the flow. It suits Limpopo farm bakkies, KZN sugar cane tractors and small contractor fuel bowsers. For bigger tanks and faster pumps, step up to the compact 19 mm nozzle or look through all fuel nozzles. If you want a safety link in the line, a 1-inch breakaway coupling is the usual add-on, but check the inlet size matches the nozzle first.
