This manual fuel nozzle is the simplest dispensing nozzle we sell: you squeeze the lever to open and release it to close, with no automatic shut-off. It has a 1-inch inlet, a 19 mm spout and an aluminium body that weighs 0.7 kg. It is a gravity-fed type, which makes it a straightforward fit on raised farm tanks that have no pump.

Where it works

Plenty of farms, small contractors and remote sites run diesel from a tank on a stand, with no pump or electricity. A manual nozzle costs a fraction of an automatic one and does the job if you watch the tank. Questions about this product

Does this nozzle shut off by itself?

No. It is a manual nozzle, so the flow runs while you hold the lever and stops when you release it. Stay with the vehicle and watch the filler neck. If you want automatic shut-off, choose one of our auto-stop nozzles instead, which cost more but protect against overfills.

Can I use it on a tank without a pump?

Yes. It is a gravity-fed type, so it works on a raised tank where fuel runs down the hose under its own head. The flow depends on tank height, hose bore and fuel level, so a higher stand gives a faster fill. Ask us if you need help sizing the hose.

How long does delivery take to the Northern Cape?
