Overview

A 1″ automatic fuel nozzle gives you a high-flow, auto-stop delivery for diesel at up to 120 L/min, so a truck or yellow-plant tank fills quickly and shuts itself off at full.

It has a 1″ inlet and a 1″ spout in an aluminium body. That makes it the right size for large-tank vehicles, where our 3/4″ nozzles at 0-60 or 0-70 L/min would slow the fill. For lighter work, compare the 16 mm auto-stop nozzle and the 19 mm auto-stop nozzle in the same range.

Pair it with a 1″ hose and a pump that can deliver the flow. The nozzle only passes what the pump and hose give it, so a small transfer pump will not reach 120 L/min whatever nozzle you fit. Match the pump to the nozzle for the rated flow.
