Description

Overview

A 16 mm auto-stop fuel nozzle pumps fuel into a vehicle at up to 70 L/min and closes by itself when the tank is full. This is the standard version without the magnetic holder.

The body is cast aluminium with Viton/NBR seals and a stainless steel shaft. The 3/4″ inlet takes the usual 3/4″ dispenser hose, and the included swivel stops the hose from kinking. Working pressure is 0.18 MPa (1.8 bar).

The 16 mm spout suits normal bakkie, tractor and light-truck fillers. If you want the holder, see the 16 mm nozzle with magnetic holder. For wider filler necks use the 19 mm auto-stop nozzle with a 19 mm spout.

Does the nozzle shut off by itself?

Yes. It is an automatic nozzle and shuts the flow when the tank is full. Stay at the vehicle while fuelling, since it is not a substitute for watching the tank. Call us with your set-up and we will confirm it before you order.

What is the difference between the 16 mm and 19 mm nozzles?

Spout size, and 10 mm of body height. Flow range and inlet are the same at 0-70 L/min and 3/4". Match the spout to your vehicle filler necks. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your current fitting and we will check.

Do I need a pump rated for 70 L/min?

No. 70 L/min is the top of the nozzle range. It will work with smaller pumps, but only flows what the pump and hose supply. Our team can confirm the details on the phone before you pay. We would rather answer a question now than have you reorder later.
