FM-24 1″ Digital Chemical Flowmeter, Polypropylene, 10 to 120 L/min

Description

Overview

The FM-24 is a digital chemical flowmeter with a K24-style turbine, a polypropylene body, 1″ threads and an LCD that shows batch and total litres. It measures from 10 to 120 L/min and suits AdBlue, water and mild water-based chemicals. Power comes from two 1.5V AAA batteries, so it needs no wiring.

At only 0.2 kg it hangs inline on a hose without a bracket, which makes it popular on IBC and drum pumps. The supplier gives a 10 bar maximum, with a normal operating pressure of about 3.5 bar. For a heavier plastic meter, compare the FM-200 chemical flowmeter.

Key features

• K24-style turbine with LCD readout
• Polypropylene body for AdBlue and water-based fluids
• 10 to 120 L/min flow range
• 1″ threads for standard hose tails
• Battery powered by 2 × 1.5V AAA cells

Where it works

Use this digital chemical flowmeter to dispense AdBlue at truck stops and transport depots along the N1 and N3, to measure water and liquid fertiliser on irrigation farms in the Western Cape, or to dose cleaning chemicals at a food plant. For oils and diesel, an oval gear meter such as the FM600 digital oval gear flowmeter is the better choice. See all our fuel flowmeters.
