Overview

The D-shaped PVC gutter stop end clips in place at the end of a gutter length to close it off, so water cannot spill out of the open end. Every gutter run has a closed end opposite the outlet, and this is the part that does it. It is unbranded PVC in tan, made for D-shaped gutter systems, and it takes seconds to fit.

Where it works

Use a stop end at every closed end of a D-shaped gutter run on houses, garages, carports, sheds and commercial roofs. If you leave the end open, the first heavy storm will pour the roof water straight over the end and down the wall or onto the foundation you were trying to protect. In Limpopo, Gauteng and the Free State, where thunderstorms drop large volumes of water quickly, a loose or missing end cap is one of the commonest gutter faults. Fit a stop end to each run, then check it after the first big rain. It pairs with a 3 m gutter length and a gutter outlet at the other end of the run, and you can find tanks and filters to take the collected water in our rainwater harvesting range. Order one for each closed gutter end and a spare for repairs.

Delivery and warranty

Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, with regular runs to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Tzaneen, Klerksdorp and Kimberley. Delivery is charged by total order weight: up to 30 kg R550, 30 to 60 kg R950, 60 to 100 kg R1,450, and over 100 kg on quotation. Orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) ship free.
