Description

Overview

This three-phase 1.1 kW raw sewage pump moves effluent and sludge through a 50 mm outlet at up to 27 m3/h, with a maximum head of 15 m. The inlet is star-shaped so stringy solids catch on it, and the rotating open vane impeller cuts them down before the volute. An adjustable bottom plate lets you restore the clearance to the impeller as it wears. At 2.8 A on 380 V to 415 V it is easy on cables and starters, which makes it a good fit for small pump stations with an existing three-phase supply.

Is this the same pump as the 220 V sewage pump?

It is the same 1.1 kW cutter-inlet design, but wound for 380 V to 415 V three-phase. It draws 2.8 A. Flow, head, outlet and solids passage are the same.

Does it need a control panel?

A three-phase pump needs a correctly rated motor starter with overload protection, and a level control is recommended for automatic operation. We can advise on a suitable starter for this 1.1 kW motor when you order.
