Overview

This 15 kW (20 HP) variable speed drive is a large 380 V frequency inverter in our pump range, rated at 40 A. It alters the frequency to raise or lower the speed of the pump motor, so the pump delivers the duty the application needs at a given point in time. Where it works

At 15 kW it drives heavy irrigation pumps, large borehole and booster sets, and water supply pumps at municipal and industrial sites. Farms in the Free State grain belt and Limpopo, and plants in Gauteng and KZN, use drives like this to hold line pressure and manage starting current. Delivery and warranty

Kamano delivers with its own trucks from Polokwane to all nine provinces in 1 to 3 days, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Welkom and Polokwane. Delivery fees are set by total order weight: up to 30 kg R550, 30 to 60 kg R950, 60 to 100 kg R1,450, and over 100 kg on quotation. Orders of R20,000 or more (VAT incl.) are delivered free. This drive ships at about 8 kg, so it falls in the first delivery band. Ask us for the warranty terms on this model.
