Overview

This 248 bar pressure washer is a 7.5 kW three-phase trolley unit that delivers 16 L/min, with 218 bar as its working pressure.

It is the stronger sibling of the 240 bar 15 L/min trolley washer, with a little more pressure at working level and more water through the lance. Voltage must stay constant and never drop below 213 V, or the motor can burn out and the warranty falls away. The unit is supplied without an unloader return.

An unloader return is an optional extra and we strongly advise fitting one. Without it, switch the machine off whenever you release the gun: the pump can only sit in bypass for about 30 seconds before the water heats up and starts damaging internal parts.

This is a workshop and depot machine. Mine surface workshops in Mpumalanga and Limpopo use it to degrease plant before service, Gauteng haulage yards use it on trailers and tipper bodies, and Free State grain co-ops use it on silos and conveyors.
