Description
Overview
The VTS4110 is a 11 kW (15 HP) stainless steel dewatering pump for dirty, abrasive water. It delivers up to 52.8 m³/h and 35 m of head through a 100 mm outlet, and it is made for construction sites, mines, tunnels and flooded excavations. With a 100 mm outlet and 35 m of head it is a heavy-duty choice for mine sumps and large excavations.
The outer casing is AISI 304 stainless steel, which helps cool the motor. Inside, a high-chrome alloy impeller and a wear-resistant ductile iron diffuser stand up to grit, and the shaft is AISI 420 stainless steel. A double mechanical seal in silicon carbide and tungsten carbide protects the motor, and the H07RN-F cable enters through an epoxy-sealed gland. The motor runs on 525 V three phase at 50 Hz and is rated IP68 for submersion to 10 m. The pump passes solids up to 11.6 mm in liquid up to 40 °C. This model is also available in 380 V and 1000 V on request.

Questions about this product
Can the VTS4110 run on 380 V?
It is listed as a 525 V three-phase pump, the usual supply on mines. The 380 V and 1000 V versions are available on request. Tell us your site voltage before you order and we will confirm the right motor, so you do not find out at the starter panel.
How much grit and solids can it pass?
It passes solids up to 11.6 mm in dirty, abrasive water up to 40 °C, and the high-chrome impeller and ductile iron diffuser are made for grit. It is a dewatering pump, not a sewage pump, so rags and fibres can wind up in it. For those, use a cutter sewage pump.
