Overview
The Unitwist male elbow, 15mm x 1/2 inch (code UT2021A), changes direction in a 15mm Unitwist pipe run and finishes in a 1/2 inch male thread. It lets you go from pipe straight onto a tap, float valve, tank connector or any female-threaded fitting without a separate adaptor. The pipe end is a push-fit and compression joint, so you need no glue, flame or press tool. Order this 15mm male elbow online from our pipe fittings range and we deliver it from Polokwane.
Unitwist fittings are made from PPR plastic and the system is SABS approved for hot and cold water. It is designed to be used with Unitwist Monogold pipe, and the supplier gives the system an expected life of up to 50 years.

What pipe does this 15mm male elbow fit?
It fits 15mm Unitwist Monogold pipe on the push-fit and compression end. The other end is a 1/2 inch male thread, so it screws into standard female 1/2 inch taps, valves and tank connectors. Do not use it on 22mm pipe, you need a reducing fitting for that.
Can I use it on hot water lines?
Yes. The Unitwist system is made for both hot and cold water. Use Unitwist pipe and fittings together so the joint is designed to work as a set, and make sure the pipe is cut square before you push it in.
