Unitwist Stop End Cap 15mm, UT2005A

Description

Overview

The Unitwist 15mm stop end cap (code UT2005A) closes off the end of a 15mm Unitwist pipe. Use it to seal a branch for later, to blank off a line during pressure testing, or to finish a run you plan to extend. It is a CXFI type fitting, so it grips the pipe with the Unitwist push-fit and compression joint and needs no glue or special tools. Order it from our pipe fittings range for delivery from Polokwane.

The cap is made from PPR plastic and is part of the SABS approved Unitwist system for hot and cold water. It is meant for Unitwist Monogold 15mm pipe.

Where it works

Plumbers cap the end of a run for a bathroom still to be built, close a branch while a section is being replaced, or seal a line for pressure testing. On farms in Limpopo and the Free State, caps stop off spare take-offs on irrigation feeders. Use it with the 6 metre length of 15mm pipe and the 15mm straight coupler. If your pipe is 22mm, you need the 22mm cap instead.
