Overview

This 0.25 kW three-phase submersible pump moves up to 9 m3/h with 8 m of head from a 380 V supply, and is the one to pick when a 0.18 kW unit is too slow for your sump.

It delivers up to 9 m3/h (150 L/min), with 8 m of maximum head and a duty point of 9 m3/h at 3.0 m. The 380 V to 415 V three-phase motor suits sites with a three-phase supply. Wire it through a motor starter with overload protection and check the direction of rotation before you put it in service. The cast-iron body and open-vane impeller are designed for screened sewage and dewatering, and the removable suction screen keeps larger debris out.

It suits small to mid-size jobs. At its duty point of 9 m3/h at 3.0 m it clears a pit steadily, and the maximum head is 8 m, so keep the vertical lift and hose run well inside that figure. If you need more volume or more lift, step up to a larger pump in the same range.

Do I need a starter for the 0.25 kW three-phase pump?
