Overview

The OGM-50 220V preset flowmeter is a 2″ oval-gear meter with a batch controller powered from 220V AC mains. You dial in the litres and it signals when that quantity has been dispensed. It is built for fixed installations such as depot loading lines and bulk fuel stores, where throughput matters.

Positive displacement gears measure to ±0.5% with repeatability of 0.03% or better, across 30 to 300 L/min. The controller counts down against the preset and gives a signal at the set quantity, which you wire to your pump contactor or a solenoid valve. Calibrate on site if you need trade-grade accuracy.

Is this the mains or the 12V preset flowmeter?

This is the 220V AC mains version of the OGM-50 preset. If your pump runs off a vehicle or solar battery, choose the 12V DC version. Tell us your supply and we will confirm which suits you.

Can it control a pump automatically?

It signals when the preset quantity is reached, and you use that signal in your own switching circuit to stop the pump or close a valve. It does not switch the pump directly, so budget for a contactor or valve.

Can I use it for petrol?

No. This is a standard meter for diesel, biodiesel, kerosene, paraffin and light non-corrosive oils. For petrol you need an explosion-proof unit, so contact us and we will advise.

Do you deliver to a farm or mine outside the big centres?
